- The exposure is finite and ordered: what to fix, in what order, at roughly what cost.
- Some of it you’ll accept on purpose, which is different from not knowing about it.
- When someone asks how exposed you are, you answer with specifics instead of reassurance. That includes when the person asking is you.
None of it is fixed on day one. What changed is that it’s now something you can plan, fund, assign, and close.
